Sprout Dental - Pittston is a pediatric dentist in Pittston, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 1073 Oak St Ste D, Pittston, PA 18640, which places it among the local businesses of Pittston that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

The business lists hours on 4 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7:30 amโ€“5 pm. It is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (570) 253-0358. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is sproutdental.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 539 reviews, which is a strong result for a pediatric dentist in Pittston and suggests consistent service.

Pittston is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Pittston is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My son is 4 and did NOT have a good experience at the prior dental facility we used, truthfully leaving anxiety to the point he dry heaves at the dentist. Moving forward, my mom gut was completely right about choosing this practice for him. They took their time, were friendly, bubbly and fun making it easier for him to adapt (considering he dislikes that environment already). From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the Dr all 3 ladies were absolutely fabulous. They made me feel comfortable too, not rushed and ill informed. They listened when I asked questions and gave me knowledgeable feedback. The biggest change was the waiting room environment! It wasnโ€™t loud with screaming kids running around, grown adults smelling of weed and talking loud on speaker phone cursing etc. I should have made the change years ago! Love this place :)

As a mama to a child with an autism diagnosis, I canโ€™t say enough good things about this dentist. My son has been going here since he was a year old, long before his diagnosis. They have always been so patient with him and meet him where heโ€™s at. They understand how important consistency, patience, and kindness are, especially for children with additional needs. It means so much to walk into a place where your child is understood and accepted without judgment. Finding providers like this can make all the difference for families like ours, and Iโ€™m incredibly grateful for the care theyโ€™ve given him over the years.

I love sprout dental. The staff are always professional and polite. They are really patient with the children. My daughter has been going to sprout dental sine age 5. She was very dramatic it would frustrate me but the staff always reassured her and made her feel safe. She is now 10 and sits in the chair with ease! We have been to the Kingston office and the Pittston office and both offices are OUTSTANDING! Thank you sprout dental!

My three kids have gone to Sprout for years. Great experience for all three every time we come. My daughter recently had some light sedation and her nurse Ashley Felker was Amazing!!! Kept me updated and let me know how she was through each step. 10/10 recommend to anyone who has a child who maybe has a dentist fear. They go above and beyond to make sure your child feel safe and comfortable!!
